When you’re in maxi-do mode
It’s easy to forget the impact of a mini-do.
Do-ers leave a trail of insight,
Follow the trail. Find yourself a do-er.

The do-ers from the Do Change Program spent the end of last week sharing skills and ideas with another group of fantastic do-ers from the Otesha project.
Great experiences, and a bundle of brainfood
Thank you Otesha, we had wheely good fun.

Jugaad.

An Indian term used to describe making something with the resources you have to hand.

Lets start jugaading.

Sometimes it’s good to have a plan; even crap plan.
These people are making a plan to reduce CO2 emissions by 80% in 5000 days.
They aren’t just talking, they are doing.
By doing they will get better, the plan will grow better.
A crap plan can only get better, but having no plan is crap.
On Friday this plan will go to the Hay Festival and people will make it better.
Have you got a plan?
